Hello! Welcome to LIV Counseling, LLC! 

 I would like to congratulate your act of courage in embarking on this journey. I understand for many sharing their personal struggles is not easy. Vulnerability is uncomfortable. With any success one must get comfortable with being uncomfortable.   

I created LIV counseling in 2021 to fulfill my desire to help those who feel lost, lifeless, emotionless, and withdrawn from life's greatest pleasures. I believe everyone has the ability to be the best version of themselves. I am Mexican by nature and American by heart. I integrate both cultures to provide my authentic rhythm to the work I provide to my clients. I also value honesty, commitment, and communication, thus, incorporate these values into my practice.  My approach is not religion based rather  focuses on the spiritual-self . 

My specialty is  trauma focused therapy. I am dedicated to helping adult women and men improve their quality of life. The core of my work is in repairing attachment wounds, building skills to restore functioning, and integration of the traumatic experience(s). 

Most importantly, I created LIV Counseling, LLC to help you not only exist but to LIV!
